NexusMail Privacy Policy

NexusMail is a personal tool operated by Mustafa Aziz. It lets the operator create custom email addresses on domains they own and forward them to a personal Gmail account, and send replies from those addresses through Gmail. This policy explains what data NexusMail uses and how.

Information we collect

• Account information: the email address and password you use to sign in. Passwords are managed by our authentication provider (Supabase) and are not readable by us.
• Domain and inbox settings: domain names, Cloudflare zone identifiers, custom email aliases, and the destination Gmail address you configure.
• Google account access: when you authorize NexusMail with Google, we request the gmail.settings.sharing permission. We use it only to register the custom address as a "Send mail as" alias on your Gmail account.

Information we do not collect

• We do not read, store, or analyze the content of your email messages.
• We do not access your contacts, files, or other Google data.

How we use information

We use this information only to run NexusMail: to configure Cloudflare email routing for your aliases, to set up Gmail send-as aliases, and to show you the status of your inboxes.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare handles email routing and DNS for your domains.
• Supabase stores account and configuration data.
• Google provides Gmail send-as aliases through its API.
• GitHub Pages hosts the NexusMail dashboard.

Data sharing and sale

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. Data is shared only with the services listed above, and only as needed to operate NexusMail.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete an inbox or domain from the dashboard at any time. Deleting an inbox removes its routing rule and its Gmail send-as alias. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below.

Google API Services User Data Policy

NexusMail's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
